Exchange Eligibility
  • Customers may request an exchange within 7 days from the date of receiving the item.

  • All exchange requests must be submitted and approved by our team before returning any item.

  • Each order is eligible for one exchange only.

Item Condition Requirements

To be eligible for an exchange, items must be returned in a condition suitable for resale:

  • Unworn and unwashed

  • Free from stains, odors, or damage

  • Original price tag must be attached and intact

  • Items that do not meet these conditions will be rejected and returned to the customer at their own cost.

Non-Exchangeable Items

The following items are not eligible for exchange:

  • Innerwear or intimate items

  • Accessories

  • Sale, discounted, or clearance items

  • Items marked as “No Exchange / No Return”

Exchange Options

  • Exchanges are not limited to the same item.

  • Customers may exchange for a different item, size, or color, subject to stock availability.

Price Difference Policy

  • If the new item selected is of a higher value, the customer must top up the price difference.

  • If the new item selected is of a lower value, the price difference will not be refunded in cash or store credit.

Shipping Responsibility

  • Customers are responsible for ensuring returned items are properly packed.

  • We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service.

  • Mofe Super Wardrobe Enterprise is not responsible for lost or damaged parcels during the return process.

Shipping Costs

  • All return and re-shipping costs for exchanges are borne by the customer.

  • For defective, damaged, or incorrect items, Mofe Super Wardrobe Enterprise will cover the shipping cost.

Refund Policy

  • No refunds are provided for exchanges, including cases of size issues or change of mind.

  • Refunds are only applicable if the item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your parcel.
Send an email to mofesuperwardrobe@gmail.com with the following details:

  • Order number

  • Clear photos of the issue

  • Brief description of the problem

We will review your case and provide a replacement or full refund, and we will cover the return shipping cost.

Processing Time for Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–14 business days.

Important Notes

  • Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

  • All exchanges are subject to stock availability at the time of processing.

  • Mofe Super Wardrobe Enterprise reserves the right to make the final decision on all exchange requests.
