Exchange Options

Exchanges are not limited to the same item.

Customers may exchange for a different item, size, or color, subject to stock availability.

Price Difference Policy

If the new item selected is of a higher value, the customer must top up the price difference.

If the new item selected is of a lower value, the price difference will not be refunded in cash or store credit.

Shipping Responsibility

Customers are responsible for ensuring returned items are properly packed.

We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service. Mofe Boutique is not responsible for lost or damaged parcels during the return shipping process.

Shipping Costs

All return and re-shipping costs for exchanges are borne by the customer.

For defective, damaged, or incorrect items, Mofe Boutique will cover the shipping cost.

Refund Policy

Refunds are not provided for size issues or change of mind.

Refunds are only applicable if the item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your parcel.

• Brief description of the problem

After verification, we will arrange a replacement or refund and cover the return shipping cost.

Processing Time for Refunds

• Measurements may vary by 1–3 cm due to manual measurement.
